I’m a transformative Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a passion for helping private equity (PE) investors and their portfolio companies (portcos) achieve robust growth in line with value creation plans. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in driving success in tech-enabled B2B services, including marketing, health, engineering, and professional services across the UK and EMEA.

I have a diverse and extensive background that spans a wide range of critical roles and challenges. Some of my most impactful experiences include leading pre-deal market due diligence (MDD) and post-deal operating reviews for PE investors, which ensured that the companies I worked with were well-positioned for growth. I’ve also been instrumental in the rapid recovery of a portco’s post-merger integration and transformation, driving them ahead of an IPO—an accomplishment that underscored my ability to navigate complex, high-pressure situations with precision.

Throughout these projects, my expertise in P&L management, business strategy, sales, operations, business transformation, and change management has been central to my success. My experience spans across startups, scaleups, and global businesses, allowing me to bring a unique and versatile perspective to every challenge I take on.

I graduated from the London Business School after completing degrees in Economics and Law, which provided me with a solid foundation to understand both the financial and legal intricacies of business. I was also honored to be recognized in The Female FTSE Board Report 2016 as one of the 100 Women to Watch by Cranfield University—a recognition that highlighted my contributions and leadership in the business world.
