I have 30+ years of proven experience in progressive financial leadership roles as a CFO, VP of Finance, Division Controller at both Fortune 500 publicly traded companies and mid-size closely held organizations, with experience in a working in variety of industries including Manufacturing, Telecom, Construction, Recruiting and Payroll, and Real Estate Development.

During my career, I have organized and led multiple efforts in Mergers and Acquisitions (pro-forma creation and investor relations), Treasury, Real Estate Development, Construction Finance and Project Accounting, Balance Sheet Turnarounds, Manufacturing Controllership, Tax, and IT Strategy implementations.

I have always been focused on profit enhancement, efficiency, saving the companies he has worked for millions of dollars. I am a CPA licensed in the US since 1992 and hold an MBA from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and BS from the University of Illinois.
