"We want more good clients!" That's what I typically hear whether that's direct B2B or through channel sales. I work with business owners, MDs and senior directors who are running a sound business. They have products and services that they are justly proud of and they have some great clients. They come to me saying "We'd like MORE of those better-quality clients, more quickly! We're just not sure we're doing all we can to get them." Familiar?

 

Currently I work with organisations that range from small technical consultancies, through medium sized companies involved in IT all the way to manufacturing multinationals. The challenges they face are unique, but they also share common frustrations.

 

My background includes working as a commission-only salesperson, being Sales Director at international publishers and helping launch a successful advertising agency. I have experience of doing the difficult sale, the challenging buying and developing business teams.
